As part of our Red, White & Celebrate weekend honoring America’s 250th birthday, the parade will bring the streets of Granbury to life with patriotic floats, local businesses, community groups, music, flags, families, and plenty of red, white, and blue.
Arrive early, find your favorite viewing spot, and get ready to celebrate freedom, community, and small-town Texas pride.
The Red, White & Celebrate Hometown Parade will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM.
The parade will follow Granbury’s traditional route, looping through the Historic Granbury Square so families, visitors, and community members can enjoy the celebration from the heart of downtown.
Whether you choose to bring your own lawn chair or reserve VIP bleacher seating, this is the perfect way to kick off a full day of 4th of July fun in Granbury.

The parade will follow Granbury’s traditional parade route, looping through Historic Granbury Square and giving guests plenty of great places to watch.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early, especially if they plan to sit near the square. Streets along the parade route will fill quickly, and road closures may be in place before the parade begins.
Use the parade route map to plan where you’ll park, walk, and sit for the best parade-day experience.
There are several great ways to enjoy the parade. Guests may bring lawn chairs and sit along the parade route, find a spot near the Historic Granbury Square, or reserve VIP bleacher seating for a more comfortable parade experience.
For the best view, plan to arrive early and choose a location where your group can safely watch the parade as it loops through downtown.
