General Event FAQs

Red, White & Celebrate will take place July 3–5, 2026, in Granbury, Texas.

The 2026 theme is Red, White & Celebrate, honoring America’s 250th birthday.

Most weekend activities will take place around Historic Granbury Square, with the fireworks display taking place over Lake Granbury.

Yes. Red, White & Celebrate is a family-friendly weekend with vendors, food, shopping, a hometown parade, VIP seating, and fireworks.

General attendance for the celebration is free. Some experiences, such as VIP parade seating, may require a reservation or purchase.

Parade FAQs

The hometown parade begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

The parade follows Granbury’s traditional parade route, looping through Historic Granbury Square.

Guests may sit along the parade route in general viewing areas on a first-come, first-served basis. For a reserved experience, VIP bleacher seating will be available in three designated zones.

Yes. Red, White & Celebrate will include three VIP bleacher seating zones along the parade route

VIP seating zones will be located:

Zone 1: Between Red’s on the Square and Shaws Southwest
Zone 2: Beside the announcer booth
Zone 3: Presbyterian Church parking lot

For general parade viewing, guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. VIP seating will include bleacher seating.

Vendor FAQs

Yes. Vendors will be on Historic Granbury Square throughout the Red, White & Celebrate weekend.

Friday, July 3: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, July 4: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, July 5: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Guests can expect a variety of food vendors, shopping vendors, artisan and handmade goods, family-friendly booths, local businesses, and community vendors.

No. Vendor signups for Red, White & Celebrate 2026 are now closed.

The confirmed vendor list will be added to the Vendors page as the event gets closer.

Fireworks FAQs

The fireworks will begin at dark on Saturday, July 4, 2026, typically around 9:45 PM, depending on weather and visibility.

The fireworks are shot off over Lake Granbury, behind the Pearl Street Bridge.

Great viewing areas include Lake Granbury waterfront areas, Historic Downtown Granbury, areas near Pearl Street Bridge, and public parks or open spaces with a clear view of the lake.

Yes. Viewing areas and parking will fill up quickly, so guests are encouraged to arrive early and plan ahead.

Yes, road closures may be in place for the parade and other event activities. Road closure information will be shared closer to the event.
